Product Warranty All furniture sold by Crown Furniture is backed by a 1-year manufacturers warranty against manufacturing defects. Please contact us for more specific information. We do not guarantee the durability, color fastness, fade resistance or shrinkage of fabrics, vinyls or leather products. We do not assume responsibility for shade variations between samples and the final product due to the possibility of different dye lots. We make no warranty, express or implied, of merchantability. There are no warranties beyond those given by the manufacturer and those in the sales agreement. Crown Furniture will assist the customer in processing warranty claims with the manufacturer.

Assembly Generally, assembly is either not required or is provided by the deliverymen. We do not hang mirrors, artwork or light fixtures. We do not guarantee color matching of fabrics. All furniture is made individually and subject to variance in wood grain, dye lot and other variables in the process that cannot be prevented. If you have a specific question about any product, please contact us.

Delivery/Shipping Shipping All orders will be delivered by Crown's delivery service. This is the best delivery method to ensure that the furniture will arrive undamaged. It will be brought inside your home, placed where you would like it and all debris will be removed. Delivery time will vary according to destination. Please contact a store representative for specific information.

Cost Local Deliveries are charged per delivery. All furniture will be assembled for no additional charge. Standard delivery within a 25 mile radius is $65. We ask that our customers measure all doorways and hallways to ensure fit. If a product does not fit into the home, additional disassembly and reassembly within the home services are available. These costs vary and if this is a concern, please let us know and we can quote you a price.

Tax We do not collect or report sales tax on any order shipped outside of Massachusetts or Connecticut. This will be added to your final total.

Timeframe All lead times are approximate and subject to change at any time. We promise to do the best we can to get your product to you within the specified timeframe. Special orders and orders outside the immediate local area will have varying lead times. Please contact us for more specific information.

Delivery Procedure Furniture will be delivered in the home, set up and debris removed. All merchandise has been carefully checked prior to delivery. Please take the time to personally and thoroughly inspect the merchandise while the deliverymen are present. If there should be any problems, do not sign any forms before contacting the store where we will assist you. Your signature is acknowledging that the furniture has arrived undamaged and to your satisfaction. This absolves any fault of the deliverymen and will consequentially leave little recourse in the event of problems found after the fact.

Payment Methods Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express are all acceptable forms of payment. Merchandise must be delivered to the cardholders billing address on the account. Please contact us if you have any questions about this policy.

Deposit A deposit equal to 1/2 of the net purchase price is required to commence an order or reserve merchandise. Balances are due in full prior to delivery.

Cancellations/Returns Return Policy For stock items, Crown Furniture will make refunds within 10 days of delivery providing the merchandise is returned in original factory packaging and in new condition. Customer will be responsible for the actual round trip shipping charge and a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will be in the form of a store credit or credited back to the original credit card. No cash refunds will be given at any time.

Special Orders For special orders a cancellation must be made within 3 days of purchase in writing. After 3 days a cancellation fee of 25% will be imposed. However, no cancellation charge will be imposed if we were unable to deliver on or before the last date required by law and the order was cancelled in writing before we were able to make delivery. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time by notifying you in writing and returning any monies received by us. Floor samples and sale items are final sale and not returnable.
